Because this work involves medical records, health conditions, and personal identifying information, we treat data privacy as a core operational requirement not a legal afterthought.

Privacy Policy
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and technical information collected automatically when you use our website.
Information you provide directly:

How We Use Your Information
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare your SSDI or SSI documentation package. Specifically:

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to preparing your documentation package.
HIPPAA Compliance
Northpath Services handles Protected Health Information (PHI) as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We maintain signed Business Associate Agreements with every technology vendor that handles client PHI on our behalf.
Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only when necessary to deliver your service, and only with vendors who have signed appropriate data protection agreements.

Contracted physicians receive your medical records and case summary to conduct your RFC evaluation. Physicians sign a HIPAA BAA and Independent Contractor Agreement before receiving any client information.

Technology vendors Formstack (forms and e-signatures), Hathr.ai (document generation), Superinsight.ai (record analysis), ShareFile (document delivery), Google Workspace (communications). All hold signed BAAs.

Payment processor Stripe processes payments. North Path does not store payment card information.

Legal requirements we may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process.
We never sell your data. We never share your data for advertising purposes. We never share your medical information with any party not directly involved in preparing your documentation package.
